A small number of requirements must be met for a maintenance contract with WOLF Power Systems.

In order to be able to guarantee reliable service, you'll need an internet connection with DSL speed at the system site. If this is not available, you'll need a UMTS card. This allows us to resolve many problems via remote access without having to send out a member of the service team. After all, 70 % of fault messages can be resolved by professional remote maintenance without visits by service staff.

Partial maintenance contract services

[With a partial maintenance contract, we carry out regular maintenance work on your CHP system at specific intervals (regular maintenance periods) according to the engine manufacturer's specifications. Regular maintenance work includes the following:

  • Oil change
  • Oil filter change
  • Air filter change
  • Spark plug change
  • Valve adjustment

Full maintenance contract services

Full maintenance also includes regular maintenance at specific intervals (regular maintenance periods). This contract additionally includes any repair work necessary to remedy any operating faults, as well as materials needed outside of regular maintenance, unlike with partial maintenance contracts.


Remote maintenance by WOLF Power Systems means you can quickly and easily resolve up to 70 % of faults.

The fault message is displayed directly in our customer service centre, where we immediately check whether a real system fault is present. In most cases, this allows us to decide in just a few minutes whether the problem can be resolved directly by the service centre or if a member of the service team is needed on site.
